These are TICKETLESS VIP UPGRADES. VIP Upgrade purchases DO NOT include tickets to the concert. You must have tickets purchased for the VIP Upgrade to be valid. All items will be given to you at the VIP session. If you miss the VIP session, you can pick up your items at PVRIS’s merch booth. If you miss the concert entirely, PVRIS are not responsible for mailing VIP items to you
